New Acorn titles and selected backlist titles are available in eBook format
Most of Acorn’s new titles are automatically published in both paperback and eBook formats. We are also gradually releasing our backlist titles in eBook format, depending on demand.
You will be able to read all Acorn Press eBook titles using a range of eBook-reading electronic devices, including iPads, Kindles and Sony Readers. You will also be able to read these eBooks on your computer if you have installed the appropriate software.
Acorn’s eBook titles are managed by InScribe Digital. InScribe recently interviewed one of Acorn’s editors about our approach to digital publishing. To read the full interview on InScribe’s blog, click here.
So that our eBooks are accessible to as broad a range of readers as possible, our titles are available through a number of eBook retailers, including:
- Apple’s iBookstore (accessed via the iTunes App)
- Amazon (Kindle books)
- Barnes & Noble (Nook books)
- Kobo (visit the Kobo coupon page to see if you are eligible for any discounts on KoboBooks.com)
To purchase these Acorn titles in eBook format, visit any of the websites of the eBook retailers listed above and search for each title using its specific eBook ISBN (eISBN). Once you have found the eBook you are looking for, follow the eBook retailer’s instructions. Usually the quickest way to locate the book you want is to cut and paste the eISBN number into the Search function box on the retailer’s website.
